We began our journey in 2018 as Vivid International. We recently regrouped ourselves with location and partner restructuring as a strategic shift with an enhanced and focused approach.

We comprise a team of experienced technocrats providing design consultancy in MEP and turnkey engineering solutions for HVAC in FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical, API, intermediates, and medical device industries — from concept to commissioning.

Director - Technical

B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering has over 22 years of experience in the built environment and building design sector, known for his strong leadership in design and build project delivery. At Mintropy, he drives innovative and sustainable engineering solutions that integrate advanced technology with practical execution. His MEPFP focus areas include HVAC systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection engineering, delivering efficient, reliable, and value-driven building solutions.

Badal Arora

Director - EHS & Training

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with over 20 years of experience in engineering design and operation of utilities for API and pharmaceutical plants. He has extensive expertise in wastewater treatment systems, RO plants, ETP, and MEE systems. His experience also includes HVAC and Purified Water (PW) systems designed to meet pharmaceutical regulatory standards. Additionally, he has worked with critical plant utilities such as Nitrogen (N₂) generation plants, chillers, and other mechanical systems. As a Director, he provides strategic leadership in engineering development, operational efficiency, and sustainable utility management.

Head Project

B. Tech. Electrical Engineering with more than 12 years of experience in the field of design, engineering and execution of electrical works 33KV, 11KV, Transformer yard, PCC, MCC, power distribution. Execution of piping, ducting, and insulation works attached to various equipment. Selecting chillers, Air compressors, pumps and their respective integration. Leading O&M, ARC/AMC.

B.E. Instrumentation with more than 30 years of experience in the field of Automation and instrumentation in pharmaceutical industries. IBMS, PTS, PW system design. cGMP /USFDA compliance guidance and training for engineering.

Gaurav Sharma

Manager Design

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with over 8 years of experience in design engineering, procurement, execution, and validation of HVAC systems, cleanrooms, BMS systems, purified water systems, chillers, and vacuum systems. Certified LEED AP, PMP, PMI-ACP, IGBC AP, and Procore Certified, bringing strong expertise in sustainable design, project management, and efficient system implementation.
